Penny’s Projects and Properties is a boutique Real Estate Agency located in Coogee and is operated by Penny Costello who is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 20 years experience in all facets of Real Estate. She formed her own business in 1987 creating a specialized niche in Property Development and Project Marketing. Prior to this she acted as Sales Manager for Nationwide Realty Bondi Junction.
One of the major properties sold by Penny was the Best Western Motel site in Bondi.
In 2010 she achieved the highest sales price in Coogee for a residential home.
As Principal of Penny’s Projects and Properties, she personally looks after all Residential Sales, Residential Leasing both Executive and Standard, long term or short term) Property Management including handling of all repairs, advice on renovations, and most importantly achieving what she set out to do.ie GETTING THE JOB DONE.
Most of her work is through referral, ( both Local and Overseas) based on her ability as a Sales person, knowledge of the residential market both in Sales and Rentals and dedication to achieve the best possible result for her clients.
