Gum Nuts and Chocolates began in 2008, Ipswich Queensland by two ladies, Sonja & Cathy.
The creators of Gum Nuts and Chocolates were looking for a business opportunity, where they could create beautiful, fresh and delicious Gift Hampers.
Always having a lot of pleasure giving gifts and making them all pretty with bows and ribbons they were aware there were lots of hamper companies, therefore wanted to create a hamper business which was a little more unique.
It was decided to move away from the basket style of hampers, which generally gets put in the top of the cupboard, to beautiful boxes that could all be reused for gifts or for storage. The idea of creating a hamper that could be shared amongst the family, friends or the office was well liked. But the core of Gum Nuts and Chocolates is based on all the hampers containing QUALITY Australian Products.
Our task took us interstate, where we tried and tasted our nuts and chocolates. They definitely pass the taste and freshness test! Our boxes are made locally and look fantastic in all the different colours available.
